  • Lockers are accessible 24/7 after drop-off

What happens once I place my order?

1How delivery works
After you place your order, we verify your information and confirm your driver’s license. Once verified, your order is moved to pending payment, which automatically sends you an email with your payment link. After payment is received, your order is marked processing and added to the delivery queue for your selected window. You’ll receive a text message during your delivery window to schedule a one-hour arrival time. Please be patient if we run late and be sure to check spam folders for texts or emails so nothing is missed. When the courier is about two minutes away, they will notify you, and you’ll meet them at their vehicle to receive the package labeled with your name.
2How locker works
After you place your order, we verify your information and confirm your driver’s license. Once verified, your order is moved to pending payment, which automatically sends you an email with your payment link. After payment is received, your order is marked processing. After your order is prepared, you’ll receive a text message around your selected locker time—4:00 PM or 9:00 PM—with the locker location and a unique access code. Use the smartphone locker app and your code to open the locker and retrieve your order. Please check spam or filtered messages to ensure you receive your access details.
